How Much are the Library Fines?

Normal fines are $1.00 per day, however reserve materials are $2.00 a day.

Can I access the library databases from home?

Yes, with the exception of ancestry.com you should be able to access our library databases from home and from any other off campus location with your computer login and password. If you do however, have a problem with accessing databases from off campus please tell us so we can work on getting it fixed.

How do I reserve a group study room?

To reserve a group study room, you must go to our online system. Watch the video below to see how quick and easy it is.

How long can I have a group study room?

Group study rooms can be used from up to two hours at one time and two more hours the same day.

Does it cost to use the scanner?

No, it is free but you must sign up from the library web page with the same page you use to sign up for a group study room.

Can I print from the computers in the library?

Yes you can. Your pages will print out either on the third floor by the copier, or on the 4th floor near the desk depending upon where you are sitting when you send your print job.

How Much are Photocopies?

10 cents per page and this applies even to double sided so a double sided page will cost you 20 cents.

Does the Library Have Textbooks?

The Library does not buy textbooks. We have one or two copies of a few of the textbooks and we only have the ones that a teacher has given us to be placed on reserve. In general with a few exceptions these few textbooks that we do have are also two hour checkout only.

I Forgot my Student ID. Can I still Checkout Something?

You must have your student ID to check out items from the library. We may be nice if you have another form of ID with you and let you check out once without your student ID but your student ID is required to check items out.

How Many Items Can I Checkout?

You can check out up to 20 books, 10 videos or DVD's and 2 reserve items at a time.

How Long Can I Checkout an Item?

Books checkout for 3 weeks, DVDS and Movies for 1 week and reserve materials for 2 hours or 1 week depending upon the class.

What are the Library Hours?

We are open during the school year from 8-6 on Mondays and Fridays, from 8-10 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and from 11-6 on Saturdays.
